Tony Webster

Tony Webster has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Tony'smost recent role was as the Chief People Officer at Christian Care Ministry, where they oversaw the administration of Medi-Share, a faith-focused Christian community that shares medical bills. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the American Diabetes Association and as the Vice President of Human Resources at both the International Justice Mission and OpenTV. Tony also held leadership positions in human resources at Centillium Communications, Samsung Semiconductor, Sony Electronics, and AT&T/Pacific Bell/SBC.

Tony Webster holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Westmont College. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including Succession Planning (June 2021), Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences (February 2021), Leading in Crisis (November 2020), Creating a Culture of Change (October 2020), People Analytics (August 2020), and Unconscious Bias (August 2020).
