Raj Nagarajan

Raj Nagarajan is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in HR operations and technology across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Germania Insurance since August 2025, Raj previously held the position of Vice President at Evolent Health, focusing on Total Rewards and HR Operations. Prior roles include Sr. Director of HR Services at Sysco, where significant contributions were made to HR transformation efforts, and Managing Director of HR Operations at Dynegy, overseeing various HR functions. Raj holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications from Thiagarajar College of Engineering.
