Mischa Field

Director Of Spiritual Life at Christian Cultural Center

Mischa Field has a strong background in spiritual leadership and community building. They have served as the Director of Spiritual Life at the Christian Cultural Center since 2018, where they have designed and implemented staff services, organized personalized events, and authored blog posts promoting holistic health and ethical living. Prior to this, Mischa worked as a Minister at the same organization since 2012, leading services, teaching, and writing speeches for organizational leaders. They also served as the New Members Coordinator, developing and overseeing the intake process and teaching classes for new members. Additionally, Mischa gained experience as a Volunteer Staff member, co-leading personal development classes and offering counseling during their time from 2004 to 2012. Prior to joining the Christian Cultural Center, Mischa worked at the Church of the Open Door from 2001 to 2003 as a Ministry Steward and Sunday School Teacher, leading classes, designing services, and addressing emergent in-service needs.

Mischa Field completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English with a concentration in Composition and Film from Amherst College, which they attended from 1992 to 2000. After a break in their education, they pursued a Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree in Urban Ministry at Alliance Theological Seminary from 2008 to 2012.
