Emmanuelle Aubriot de la Palme has extensive experience in global learning and development within the retail sector, currently serving as the Global Learning and Development Leadership Director at Parfums Christian Dior since March 2008. Emmanuelle has led various strategic projects aimed at enhancing omnichannel operations, driving retail performance, and improving client management experiences. Emmanuelle's previous roles at Dior include Senior Project Manager for International Retail Performance, where significant programs for client experience were developed, and Retail Performance & Training Manager for Travel Retail Worldwide. Prior to Dior, Emmanuelle held managerial positions at Sephora and L'Oréal, as well as marketing roles at Decathlon France and Transcontinental Inc. Emmanuelle holds a Master's degree in Marketing Strategy from ISC Paris.
