Estelle Gabillet

Estelle Gabillet is an experienced legal and compliance professional, currently serving as Head of Ethics & Compliance at Parfums Christian Dior since November 2022. Previously, Gabillet held the position of Deputy Director of Ethics & Compliance at ENGIE from January 2016 to December 2022, where responsibilities included the deployment of the Sapin 2 Law and the Duty of Vigilance Law, as well as the development and monitoring of the Group's policies on ethics, anti-corruption, human rights, and embargoes. Gabillet's career also includes significant roles at SUEZ as an International Legal Manager, at Pech de Laclause & Associés as a lawyer specializing in construction and insurance law, and various internships focusing on competition law, contract law, and international affairs.
