Dr. Christina Frye

Dr. Christina Frye, PhD MEd MBA, is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in human services, performance management, and educational leadership. As the Founder and President of Frye Consulting Group since August 2018, Dr. Frye has developed a women-owned business specializing in program design, data analysis, and diversity dialogue. In addition to leading Engagement Finder™, an e-Learning platform for self-discovery, Dr. Frye founded Open Wings Sanctuary to support women and children escaping domestic violence. An educator with Learning Tree International, a member of various advisory councils, and an author with Christian Faith Publishing, Dr. Frye is dedicated to fostering human connection, leadership, and social change through various initiatives and partnerships at local and global levels. Dr. Frye holds multiple degrees, including a PhD in Human Services and an MBA.
