Dr. Victorian Alexander Whales, MPA, is a self-employed author with a diverse educational background and extensive publishing experience. Since January 2018, Dr. Whales has been engaged as an author for Christian Faith Publishing while also operating KB Creative Designs Company. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Midway University and a Master of Arts in Public Administration from Kentucky State University, complemented by multiple degrees in biology and liberal arts.
