Mary Sanders is an experienced professional in child welfare and behavioral health, currently serving as an Adoption Specialist at Christian Family Care since March 2016 and as a CPS Specialist III at DCYF since May 2012. Mary has expertise in handling child abuse allegations, providing training and mentoring, and assessing family dynamics in accordance with Arizona's child safety model and relevant laws. Previous experience includes working as a Behavioral Health Technician at New Hope Behavioral Health Center, where clinical evaluations and counseling were conducted, and as a Project Assistant at Maricopa Community College District, supporting national conferences and events. Mary holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Arizona State University, as well as an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Mesa Community College.
