Lauren Gajdek has over 19 years of work experience. Lauren started their career in 1999 as a Public Relations Publicity Assistant at Bluffton University, where they worked until 2003. During their time at Bluffton University, they also served as a Business Department Assistant from 2000 to 2002. In 2003, they joined CorpComm Group as a Graphic Design/Public Relations Intern for a few months. Later that year, they joined Christian Healthcare Ministries as a Communications Director, a role they held for 16 years until September 2019. At Christian Healthcare Ministries, they were promoted to Vice President, Communications & Media and continues to hold this position.
Lauren Gajdek pursued their education by first attending Bluffton University from 1999 to 2003. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing. Following their undergraduate studies, they then went on to The University of Akron from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree specializing in International Finance.
