Alicia De La Hamaide is an experienced program manager at Christian Horizons, specializing in case management for adults with developmental disabilities since June 2018. Prior to this role, Alicia worked as a BSW student at Windsor-Essex Children's Aid Society, performing frontline work and assisting with child welfare. Alicia also has a background as a registered early childhood educator at ABC Day Nursery, where significant contributions were made to child care regulations in Ontario, alongside developing educational programs.
