Alicia De La Hamaide is an experienced program manager at Christian Horizons, specializing in case management for adults with developmental disabilities since June 2018. Prior to this role, Alicia worked as a BSW student at Windsor-Essex Children's Aid Society, performing frontline work and assisting with child welfare. Alicia also has a background as a registered early childhood educator at ABC Day Nursery, where significant contributions were made to child care regulations in Ontario, alongside developing educational programs. Additionally, Alicia served as a respite worker at Family Respite Services, providing care for children with special needs. Alicia holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and Disability Studies from the University of Windsor and a diploma in Early Childhood Education from St. Clair College.
