Christian Horizons
Lyndsey Lovell, CHRL, serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Karis Disability Services, providing essential HR guidance to District Leadership across Ontario. With extensive experience, Lyndsey has supported over 1,000 employees and coached about 60 District leaders in various HR activities, including performance management and employee development. Prior roles include HR Specialist, HR Clerk, and temporary HR Generalist, encompassing responsibilities such as recruitment, employee benefits administration, and training material development. Lyndsey holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Rights and Human Diversity and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College.
