Latoya Daughrity

LaToya Daughrity, MHA, RN, currently serves as the Director of Patient Care Services at Christian Hospital and Northwest HealthCare, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, LaToya gained extensive experience at St. Louis Children's Hospital, where tenure spanned from June 2008 to November 2025, including roles as Director of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Registered Nurse Manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, and Registered Nurse. LaToya's nursing career began at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, followed by the Medical University of South Carolina. Academic qualifications include a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rush University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
