Dan Swiatkiewicz

Dan Swiatkiewicz has a diverse work experience in the senior living industry. Dan started their career with Brookside Inn, where they served in various roles, including Director of Social Services and Assistant Administrator/Director of Community Relations. Dan then joined Fitness 19 as a Personal Trainer. Dan later worked at Terrace Gardens Healthcare Center as an Admissions/Marketing Director. Dan then moved to Viewpointe Retirement Community/Broadmoor Court Assisted Living as the Director of Sales and Marketing. Following that, they joined Life Care Centers of America as the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing/Interim Executive Director, overseeing business development for multiple skilled nursing communities. Dan then worked at Century Park Associates, where they served as the Regional Director of Sales and later became the National Director of Sales, responsible for sales and marketing programs for their senior living communities across the country. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Christian Living Communities.

Dan Swiatkiewicz received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Grove City College, where they attended from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, they studied History at Western New England University from 1996 to 1997.

Dan has also obtained additional certifications including the Eden Alternative Educator certification from The Eden Alternative in July 2022, the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator certification from the State of Colorado in July 2013, and the Colorado Assisted Living Owner Operator Certification from the Colorado Gerontological Society in January 2009.
