Jose Archuleta

Jose Archuleta is an experienced culinary professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the American Culinary Federation, earned between 2012 and 2014. Since February 2016, Jose has served as Chef at Christian Living Communities, and has held the position of Sous Chef at Spyce Catering since August 2014. Prior experience includes working as a kitchen opener and line cook at Atticus/Blackbird from January 2014 to July 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing three prep cooks, managing cost control, inventory, and planning daily specials.
