Human Resources Team

The Human Resources Team at the Christian Reformed Church in North America (CRCNA) manages all aspects of employee relations and administration. This includes recruiting and hiring (Talent Acquisition Coordinator), overseeing employee compensation and benefits (Compensation and Benefits Manager), managing payroll and retirement finances (Retirement Finance Specialist/Payroll Manager), directing HR policies and operations in the U.S. (US Director of Human Resources), and providing general HR support and services (Human Resources Generalist).
