William A. Ellis

William A. "Drew" Ellis is a partner at Christian & Small LLP, having joined the firm in November 2023. Previously, Ellis served as a partner at Cloud Willis & Ellis, LLC from October 2014 to November 2023, and as a partner at LUCADO ELLIS LLP from November 2012 to October 2014. With a Juris Doctor from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law and a BA in Diplomacy/Political Science from the University of Kentucky, Ellis specializes in business and commercial litigation, real estate matters, professional liability defense, creditor's rights, and commercial landlord-tenant law, among other areas. Prior positions include practicing litigation at Lloyd Gray Whitehead & Monroe and Maynard, Cooper & Gale, and serving as a Judicial Law Clerk in the State of Alabama.
