Daniel A. Knapke, Jr. is the Founder and Principal of Surgent Coaching, a boutique coaching firm specializing in helping C-level executives navigate the rigors and challenges of leadership and life. Prior to this, Daniel held various leadership positions at Christian Union and The Hershey Company. Daniel holds a Master's Degree in Christian Leadership from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
