Benjamin M. Sanders

Benjamin M. Sanders, MBA, DTM, currently serves as Mission Facilitator at Bethel Lutheran Church in Gurnee, IL, overseeing daily operations and communications while liaising with the property board. Additionally, since August 2021, Benjamin has been a Drama Teacher at Christian Youth Theater, leveraging degrees in Mass Communications and Theatre Performance from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Benjamin's extensive career at Allstate spanned two decades in various capacities, including Change Management Lead and Compliance Senior Consultant II. Earlier experience includes merchandise management at JCPenney and roles in radio broadcasting. Benjamin holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and has completed a Change Management Certificate from the Association for Talent Development.
