Chad Paine

Chad Paine serves as Vice President of IT Strategy, Governance & Portfolio Management at ChristianaCare since January 2022, overseeing the management of the IT portfolio, business relationship management, and governance within a regional health system of over 14,000 employees. Previously, Chad held the role of Corporate Director of Information Services and Director of Client Services Information Technology at Tower Health, where responsibilities included delivering IT services and managing relationships with C-level leaders. Chad's experience also includes interim leadership of the IT Program Management Office and managing various IT projects in healthcare settings. Earlier in Chad's career, tenure at Berks Homes encompassed roles such as Director of Information Technology and IT Manager, focusing on comprehensive IT operations and policy development. Chad began a military career in the US Army, operating and maintaining high-value equipment while managing battalion communications. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a concentration in Software Engineering from the University of Phoenix.
