Dr. Nia Bailey

Dr. Nia Bailey, DPA, M.A.Ed, RT(T), currently serves as the President of the Byrd Cancer Education and Advocacy Foundation, focusing on connecting cancer patients with essential resources and promoting cancer education and prevention. In addition to this role, Nia Bailey is a Strategic Advisor, Delaware Campaign Director, and Intern Mentor at the Pink Lemonade Stand Challenge, a member of the Task Force for Women of Color at Unite for HER, and the Founder of Smiley 91 LLC. Nia Bailey is also the author at Nia Bailey Books, promoting exploration and creativity. Since March 2015, Nia Bailey has worked as a Radiation Therapist at Christiana Care Health System. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Public Administration from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Arts in Bilingual and Bicultural Studies from La Salle University, and Bachelor's degrees in Medical Radiologic Technology from Jefferson Health and Health Services from Immaculata University.
