Jeanana Lloyd

Jeanana Lloyd M.A. is currently the Vice President of Talent Development at ChristianaCare, where Jeanana leads the implementation of leadership succession planning processes and supports talent development strategies. With extensive experience in talent optimization and planning, Jeanana has also worked as a Talent Advisor, collaborating with operational leadership to develop and implement talent strategies. Prior to their current role, Jeanana served as Store Team Leader/GM at Target and held various HR roles at Philip Morris International. Jeanana holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication and Leadership from Seton Hall University.
