Jessi Rhoades

Jessi Rhoades, MSN, MBA, RN, PCCN, RACR, has an extensive background in healthcare and education, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition for Acute Care, HomeHealth, and Campus-based Operations at ChristianaCare since June 2009. Previous roles at ChristianaCare include Director of Talent Acquisition for Nursing and Advanced Practice Clinicians, Assistant Nurse Manager, and Registered Nurse, where Jessi provided exceptional care to critically ill patients in the Pulmonary Step-Down Unit. Additionally, Jessi held leadership positions at Dawn Career Institute, Inc., serving as Director of Online Education and Student Affairs from January 2012 to March 2016, focusing on student support and retention, as well as working as an Administrative Assistant prior to that. Jessi earned a Master of Science in Nursing and a Master of Business Administration from Wilmington University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Delaware.
