Salena Giddings has extensive experience in various roles within the field of payroll and human resources, holding titles such as Payroll Manager, Systems Analyst, and Human Resources Information System Analyst. Salena's career began at the Visiting Nurse Association of Delaware as a Human Resources/Benefits Coordinator before moving on to Dade Behring as a Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator. Salena has been with ChristianaCare since 2001, where Salena has taken on increasingly more senior roles. Salena holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Management from Wilmington University, as well as an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice.
