Lisa Cheely

Lisa Cheely has extensive experience in talent management, training, and development. Lisa started their career at Busey in 2001, where they served as an Associate Development and Training Manager, responsible for identifying training needs and implementing training programs. In 2006, they joined Christie Clinic as an Education & Training Manager, overseeing the creation, implementation, and evaluation of training and development initiatives. Most recently, Lisa worked as the Director of People Development at Christie Clinic, where they were responsible for innovating, developing, executing, and managing talent management strategies and initiatives. Lisa'skey skills include strategic thinking, leadership, project management, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Lisa Cheely earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in January 2021.
