Kai Christoph Fischer is a seasoned professional in talent and people development with extensive experience at Deutsche Bank since January 2009, where roles have included Director and Head of Talent & People Development in Digital Corporate Banking, Head of Transformation & People in Digital Client Solutions, and Global Head of Process Governance and Payroll Governance in Germany.
