Adam Bilbey

Adam Bilbey is a seasoned professional in the wine and spirits industry, currently serving as the Global Head of Wine & Spirits at Christie's since January 2022. Prior to this role, Adam experienced a brief garden leave following a position at Holiday from August 2021 to January 2022. From May 2015 to August 2021, Adam held various leadership roles at Sotheby's, culminating as Senior Director, where responsibilities included overseeing the wine and spirits divisions in both Asia and EMEA. Adam began the career at Berry Bros. & Rudd, ascending through several key sales roles from January 2010 to April 2015, including Sales Director and Private Sales Manager.
