Elissa Wood

Elissa Wood has extensive experience in the art and technology sectors, having held various key positions at Christie's from August 2004 to October 2018, including Head of Client & Object Solutions and Technology Business Partner. Elissa contributed to the company's transformation as a Business Analyst and delivered IT solutions as a Relationship Manager. At NovaFori from April 2019 to April 2024, Elissa served as Head of Client Delivery and Programme Manager. Additionally, Elissa worked at Bonhams as an IT Learning & Development Trainer, creating courses to enhance business development skills. Elissa earned a Master of Science in Organisational Behaviour from Birkbeck, University of London, and completed training as a Transformational Coach at The Mindful Talent Coaching Academy.
