Jennifer Vallor

Jennifer Vallor is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in building and implementing HR solutions for startups and growth-focused organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Consultant at Christine Mathews Consulting, Inc., since 2019, Jennifer collaborates with founders and CEOs to develop customized HR functions aligned with business and cultural objectives. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of People & Culture for OFX in North America, where Jennifer was the first HR employee and led people and culture strategy, and HR Program Manager positions at Gap Inc. and Blue Shield of California, managing contingent workforce programs.
