Jim Mikula has extensive experience in merchandise planning and ecommerce management, currently serving as Allocation Manager and Ecommerce Planning Manager at Christmas Tree Shops since March 2015, where significant cost savings of $8.0 million were achieved through a centralized allocation model. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Senior Director of Merchandise Planning at dELiA*s, successfully increasing the ecommerce fill rate from 77% to 92% and boosting in-stock rates for product launches. Jim's career also includes a lengthy tenure at J. Crew, where as Senior Director of Merchandise Planning for Men's Ecommerce, the business doubled in size while enhancing margin rates and inventory performance. Additionally, Jim has held key planning roles at Brooks Brothers and Lord & Taylor. Jim earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Dickinson College in 1986.
