Colleen Coppola

Chief Development Officer at Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation

As the Chief Development Officer, Colleen oversees the development operation, including the Foundation's fundraising initiatives, major gifts, corporate and foundation relations, Team Reeve, special events, direct mail, planned giving and donor relations. With over 20 years of experience in non-profit management and fundraising, her data-driven approach provides new key insights and opportunities for the Foundation.

Colleen was most recently Vice President of Development and the Foundation at Montclair State University. Her expertise includes strategic planning, financial management, campaign and development management, budgeting, principal gift and major gift fundraising, volunteer engagement, stewardship and building strong and thoughtful relationships. She has proven leadership and success in principal gift fundraising, campaign planning, volunteer recruitment and successful execution of internal and external partnerships and collaborations. At Montclair State, she led a staff of over 30 professionals and worked very closely with the Montclair State University Foundation Board of Trustees.
