Michael Stuhmer is an accomplished real estate professional with significant experience in leadership and development. Currently serving as President at Seneca since April 2021 and as Principal at Christopher Homes since December 2020, Stuhmer previously held the position of Director of Acquisitions & Development at Pacifica Companies from February 2016 to 2020, and worked as an Associate at Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate from October 2013 to February 2016. Stuhmer earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of San Diego.
