Crystal Sims Msn

Crystal Sims MSN, RN, CPHQ currently serves as the Program Director at CHRISTUS Health since July 2023. Previously, Crystal held the position of Vice President of Quality at Medical City Plano from October 2021 to July 2023, focusing on enhancing patient care through collaboration and data analysis. Prior roles include Vice President of Quality at Medical City McKinney, where Crystal directed quality improvement programs, and Director of Quality Management at Medical City Dallas, leading initiatives for regulatory compliance. Earlier career experiences include roles as Quality Analyst, Unit Manager, and Staff/Charge Nurse at Baton Rouge General Medical Center, as well as Director of Nursing at Comfortcare Nursing Center. Crystal holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University and an Associate's degree in Nursing Science from Jones College.
