Jeff Borcherding

Jeff Borcherding, MA, CPXP, currently serves as the Director of Patient Experience at CHRISTUS Health, providing support to over 80 clinics across Texas and successfully improving the Net Promoter Score (NPS) from 83.5 to 88 since August 2019. Prior to this role, Jeff held the position of Director of Volunteer Services, Patient Experience, and Pastoral Care at College Station Medical Center, where participation in the Senior Leadership Team and chairing the Service Excellence Committee contributed to enhanced service quality and customer satisfaction from August 2009 to February 2019. Additional experience includes a Chaplain Resident role at Seton Family of Hospitals, a Customer Service Representative position at Wells Branch Municipal Utility District, and serving as a Life Skills Trainer at LifeWorks. Jeff obtained an M.A. in Biblical Studies and Theological Studies from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a B.S. in Ministry and Bible from Amridge University.
