Lisa Ross

Lisa Ross has extensive experience in human resources and healthcare management. Currently serving in human resources positions at CHRISTUS Health since April 2021, Lisa assists with new hire orientation and employee recognition programs while managing a variety of HR responsibilities. Prior to this role, Lisa worked as a Billing Coordinator at Healthcare Management from April 2016 to 2021, where tasks included ensuring insurance payment accuracy and processing claims. Additionally, Lisa has a solid foundation in quality assurance from a previous position as Quality Assurance Lead Supervisor at Libby Glass Inc. from August 1987 to February 2017. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Care Administration from the University of Louisiana Monroe and an Associate of Science in Human Resources Management from Bossier Parish Community College, among other studies in business and health-related fields.
