Nancy Rodill

Nancy Rodill, MA, CFRE, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in philanthropy and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the System Director, Philanthropy and Administrative Services, and Chief Development Officer at CHRISTUS Health, Nancy leads the Governance Team and oversees 14 system-wide foundations. Prior roles include Executive Director at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, where responsibilities encompassed financial sustainability and strategic direction for the Texas Regional Office. With a strong background in the luxury goods sector, Nancy held various national account management positions at prominent companies such as BVLGARI, Giorgio Armani, and INTERTRADE EUROPE. Nancy's educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Human Dimensions of Organizations from The University of Texas at Austin, professional training in fundraising from Boston University, and a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Business.
