Natalia Gomez

Natalia Gomez, PHR, boasts extensive experience in human resources, particularly in executive compensation and benefits. At CHRISTUS Health since June 2006, Natalia serves as the Director of Executive Compensation and Benefits, managing diverse compensation and benefit programs for designated executives while demonstrating in-depth knowledge of eligibility requirements and plan interactions. Prior to this role, Natalia held the position of HR Manager in the same department. Notably, at the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston from September 1999 to June 2006, Natalia was a Senior Human Resources Coordinator, overseeing various employee benefit plans and managing the 403(b) Plan.
