Nikki Rivers

Nikki Rivers is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in nursing leadership and operations. Currently serving as Chief Nursing Officer at CHRISTUS Health since October 2021, Nikki has previously held the position of Chief Clinical Officer at Hill Country Memorial Hospital from May 2020 to December 2021. Earlier roles include Vice President of Nursing at Lawrence Memorial Hospital and various positions at Seton Healthcare Family, including Vice President of Surgical Services and Chief Nursing Officer, among others. Nikki Rivers holds an MBA from Oklahoma City University and a BSN in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma.
