Vicki Nolen LVN MAPD LSSYB serves as the System Director of Clinical Excellence and Virtual Care at CHRISTUS Health since June 2018, after previously holding the position of Director of Virtual Care and Clinical Innovation. Additionally, Vicki's extensive background includes a significant tenure as the Children's Ministry Educator/Director of Operations at Texas Fellowship of Cowboy Churches. Vicki holds a PhD in Social Psychology from Walden University, a MAPD in Leadership from Dallas Baptist University, and a BAAS from the University of North Texas, alongside a vocational nursing license and certification in healthcare compliance.
