Matt House, CPA is currently the President & CFO Consultant at Christy Paddock Advisors, LLC, where he provides strategic business advisory and financial services to owners of SMB's. Prior to this role, he served as a Fractional CFO at CLA, where he was also the Indianapolis BizOps Office Leader and National BizOps Industry Leader - Agriculture. Before that, he was the Financial Manager at Beck's Hybrids, the largest family-owned, retail seed company in the United States. With a background in accounting and experience in various financial roles, Matt has been a key contributor in the finance industry for several years.
