Andrea Diestelmeier

Andrea Diestelmeier is an accomplished HR technology professional with extensive experience in implementing and managing HR systems. Currently serving as a Principal HR Technology Analyst at C.H. Robinson since August 2019, Andrea has successfully completed a global implementation of Workday following a transition from PeopleSoft. Prior engagement at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. included the role of Sr HRIS Analyst, where responsibilities involved co-leading the implementation of Workday and collaborating across various workstreams. Earlier career positions, including Supervisor of HR Operations at Abbott and HR Analyst at St. Jude Medical, provided foundational expertise in HR processes and system conversions. Andrea also has experience in training and supporting HR teams, ensuring efficient processes across organizations.
