David Rindt

David Rindt, GPHR, PHR, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources - Total Rewards at C.H. Robinson since July 2011, where responsibilities include partnering with the Chief Operating Officer to integrate various teams and create a digital product management team aligned with enterprise strategy. Previous roles at C.H. Robinson include International Director of Human Resources for the Asia Pacific region and Principal HR Business Partner for the Global Forwarding division. Prior to C.H. Robinson, David held HR positions at Vail Resorts, Grand Teton Lodge Company, and Six Flags, where expertise ranged from managing recruitment efforts to guiding HR operations across multiple locations. David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
