Michael Hillenbrand

Michael Hillenbrand is currently the Sr. Manager of Enterprise Data and Integrations at Chromalox, focusing on deploying an enterprise-wide data platform for the Electric Thermal Solutions business. Previously, as Sr. Manager of Enterprise Data Management at Duquesne Light Company, Michael established a vision for delivering information and analytics, emphasizing Big Data strategies, data virtualization, and advanced analytics. Michael's experience also includes leadership roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific in IT and Business Intelligence, and positions at Access Enterprise Solutions and RemoteDBA Experts, where responsibilities included building outsourcing practices and managing database services. Michael began a career in data management at U.S. Steel, evolving from a Fortran programmer to a Senior Database Administrator. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
