Mattias Sjöberg has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mattias is currently the CEO of Chromabrands AB and the Director of Corporate Development at ChromaWay, starting in 2023 and 2022, respectively. In 2020, they became a General Partner at Frankelin and the CEO of Capchap. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2020, they were a Co-founder, CFO, and M&A specialist at Goodbye Kansas Group. In 2014 and 2015, they served as the CEO of NEP Sweden AB. Mattias was also the CEO of K41 Holding AB from 2013 to 2014 and a Partner at Optiteam from 2010 to 2014. In addition, they held the position of CEO at Cavena Image Products AB from 2008 to 2010 and was a Member of the Board at Mira Network in 2008 and 2009. Mattias Sjöberg's career began in 2003 as the CEO of MPS Broadband AB, where they worked until 2008.
Mattias Sjöberg began their education at Östra Real from 1985 to 1988, where they obtained a High School degree with a focus on Political Science. Mattias then pursued further studies at the Stockholm School of Economics from 1994 to 2000, earning a Master of Science degree in Business Administration & Economics. In 1995, they also participated in an Executive Education program at INSEAD, specializing in Strategies for Asia Pacific.
