Neil Woodman

Neil Woodman currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Finance at RedCloud since August 2023, having previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance. Before RedCloud, Neil worked as the Interim CFO at Accredit Solutions from January to August 2023 and held the role of Global FP&A Director & Controller at Infogrid for a brief period in late 2022. Additional experience includes being the Interim Finance Director at Freshworks in mid-2022 and the International Finance Director at Automation Anywhere from May 2019 to May 2022, where Neil played a key role in preparing for the company's IPO and establishing financial functions across regions. Neil’s extensive career in finance includes notable positions such as European Finance Director at Deltek and Business Finance Director at Verint, where significant improvements in financial processes and management were achieved. Neil holds a degree in Cost and Management Accounting from the University of the Witwatersrand.
