Phil College

Phil College has extensive experience in finance and operations. Phil began their career in 1990 as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where they oversaw multiple audit engagements in a variety of industries and performed forensic accounting analyses. In 1996, they joined Bonfire Snowboarding Company as the Managing Director, where they had full P&L responsibility and managed a 13-person multi-tiered team. In 2011, they were selected to be the Director of Finance and Operations at Amer Sports Portland Design Center, where they designed and implemented the complete financial architecture and policies and procedures for the company. From 2016 to 2017, Phil worked at Poler Outdoor Stuff as the Chief Financial Officer, where they managed all accounting and finance operations and improved the working capital position. Lastly, from 2017 to present, Phil has been the President & CFO and Sr Director Finance & Operations at Chrome Industries.

Phil College obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Northern Arizona University between 1984 and 1989. Phil also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Northern Arizona University. Additionally, Phil College is a Certified Public Accountant.
