Frank Graziano

CEO & Chairman at Chromis Fiberoptics

Frank began his career as an investment banker, helping to build project finance, derivatives, structured finance, and technology/media/telecommunications strategic advisory practices at Bank of America and Nikko Securities. As a deal maker and operating executive for merchant banking firm Recca & Company, he acquired, restructured, and turned around portfolio companies. Frank assisted with the IPO of Mail.com and served as its Senior Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development, completing over a dozen global acquisitions and strategic investments as the company grew revenues from $1 million to $120 million in two years. He then served as Chief Marketing Officer for its successor, cloud services company EasyLink Services (now part of OpenText). He was subsequently recruited by the founder and CEO of Comodo (acquired by Francisco Partners), joining the world’s largest digital certificate authority as its Chief Revenue Officer.

Frank joined the team at Chromis Technologies after becoming familiar with the company and its founding scientists while he was a member of Golden Seeds, one of the largest angel investing organizations in the U.S.

He is a Reviewer for the Rutgers University TechAdvance® technology commercialization fund, a mentor for TechLaunch® and World Accelerator, and a career coach for the Oregon MESA – LSAMP program at Portland State University.

Frank has an MBA (Finance) from Columbia Business School and a BS (Chemistry/Business), summa cum laude, from the University of Scranton.
