Ann Marie Shields

Ann Marie Shields is an experienced professional with a strong background in program evaluation and data analysis. Currently serving as Associate Director at the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors (NACDD), Ann Marie has developed and implemented a Performance Measurement and Evaluation tool, contributing to the monitoring of over 35 programs funded by the CDC. Previous roles include Senior Research Analyst at SPH Analytics, where reporting for healthcare plans was created using statistical methods, and Program Evaluation Associate at Community Vision, focusing on data analysis for various community programs. Ann Marie also held a leadership position as SPG Coordinator at the Florida Department of Health, overseeing grant programs and staff. Ann Marie holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
