Kristin Simmons

Kristin Simmons has a wealth of experience in the recruitment field. Kristin began their career in 2012 as a Sr. Full Lifecycle Recruiter at Amazon, where they were responsible for building teams from the ground up and managing sourcing work. In 2016, they joined The Walt Disney Company as a Sr. Technical Recruiter, followed by a role as a Recruiter at Dropbox in 2019. The following year, they began working as a Lead Technical Recruiter at Stackline and a Software Engineer Intern at BaseMap Inc. In 2020, they joined Coding Dojo as a Developer in Training and Alumni and Technical Career Services Manager. Currently, Kristin is a Talent Acquisition Partner at Workday and a Senior Technical Recruiter at Chronograph.

Kristin Simmons recently completed a Software Development Immersive Program at Coding Dojo in 2020, where they studied Python, C#, and MERN (React) Full Stacks. Kristin also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Washington between 1999 and 2004.
