Flavie Berthon has extensive experience in operations and management roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Adjointe au Directeur des Opérations IDF at Chronopost since February 2019, responsibilities include providing functional and technical support to agency leaders and assisting in the implementation of the company's strategic plan. Prior experience includes leading the LILA branch as Responsable de filiale at RENT A CAR SA, managing a team and overseeing significant revenue growth, and developing a new one-way vehicle rental service. Flavie's career also includes marketing roles at Look Voyages and project development at Gryphon SAS, complemented by a Master’s degree in Operational Marketing and Corporate Communication from ISTEC.
