Matthias Rampke

Matthias Rampke is a Member of Technical Staff at Chronosphere since March 2023, bringing extensive experience from SoundCloud where roles included Engineer in Database Reliability Engineering and Production Engineering from September 2011 to January 2023. At SoundCloud, Matthias bootstrapped the Database Reliability Engineering team, successfully optimizing large databases and improving deployment strategies across multiple regions using AWS and Kubernetes. Notable achievements include significant latency reduction in logging systems and enhancing server provisioning processes. Matthias holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Leipzig University and furthered studies at Technische Universität Berlin.
